摘要 目前,我国矿井通风系统风量监测主要通过基于超声波涡街技术的风速传感器配接煤矿安全监控系统来实现。这种测量方法虽然能够实现不间断监测、数据存贮、数据统计分析等功能,但是,因传感器被安装好后,位置固定不变,只能测量巷道横截面中固定一点的风速,使测量风速值与实际风速值之间存在偏差。本文结合矿山现有风速检测仪表,提出测量方法,记录测量数据,展开分析研究。利用最小二乘法回归原理,总结最小二乘法直线拟合方程,对风速传感器所测风速值进行校准计算,使风速传感器所测风速值最大程度接近实际风速值。最后,利用Excel实现直线拟合方程斜率、截距等参数的快速准确计算。 At present,the monitoring of air volume of mine ventilation system is mainly fulfilled by wind speed sensor based on ultrasonic wave vortex street technology and coal mine safety monitoring system.This method can achieve the functions of continuous monitoring,data storage,data statistical and analysis,however,since the location of sensor cannot be changed after installation,it can only measure the wind speed from a fixed point of transverse in the roadway,which results in deviation from measured wind speed to real wind speed.A new measuring method is proposed and analyzed in this paper by using current wind speed detecting instrument,and recording measuring data.The measured wind speed gives the most access to real wind speed as a result of utilizing and concluding the Linear Regression Equation of the Least Squares Regression principle,and correcting the measured wind speed.Finally,the gradient of Linear Regression Equation and intercept are calculated by using Excel.
