连采机掘进半煤岩巷效率及工艺优化研究 被引量:10

摘要 为解决神东矿区1.7m以下煤层连采机掘进半煤岩巷适用性及效率问题,对石圪台矿2-2上煤工作面巷道掘进进行了现场观测与分析。研究表明,随着煤层厚度降低,日进尺随之下降,二者的关系可拟合为4次多项式,使用连采机掘进2-2上煤巷道平均月进尺900m以上,满足快速掘进需要。可通过快速搬家、延长联络巷中心距、保证设备检修质量等措施提高掘进效率。 In order to solve the suitability and efficiency of the continuous miner driving in the semi coal and rock gateway in seam with a thickness below 1.7 m in Shendong Mining Area,a site observation and analysis was conducted on the driving of the gateway in No.2-2 upper seam of Shigetai Mine.The study showed that with the thickness of the seam reduced,the driving rate per day was reduced and he relationship between the two factors could be fitted as four multinomial.With the application of the continuous miner,the average month driving rate of the gateway in No.2-2 upper seam could be over 900 m.The continuous miner could meet the rapid driving requirements.With the rapid removal,extended center distance of the connection gateway,insurance of the equipment repair and maintenance quality and other measures,the driving efficiency would be improved.
