Study on Reinforcement Technology of Coal Chute Applied to Coal Mining Face

双龙矿业有限责任公司Ⅱ3712W工作面溜煤眼在使用过程中眼壁支护碹体脱落,造成眼壁片帮,给溜煤眼上口巷道的支护带来了安全威胁。为了尽量减少溜煤眼修护对生产的影响,采用锚网喷支护的方法对眼壁进行了加固修护,取得了较好的效果,解决了安全隐患,该方法具有一定的推广价值。

Spalling of the coal chute wall caused by the failing of the chute support liner during the application process of the coal chute in No.Ⅱ3712W coal mining face in Shuanglong Mining would bring a safety danger to the support of the gateway above the coal chute.In order to possibly reduce the repair of the coal chute affected to the coal production,a bolt/steel mesh/shotcreting support method was applied to the reinforcement and repair of the coal chute.Good effects were obtained and the safety hidden dangers were eliminated.The method should have certain promotion value.
