摘要 根据两种骨架模型的特点,通过发布几何特征和复制几何特征,将静态骨架模型转化为运动骨架模型,既可以确定支架各零部件的外形,又可以实现支架的机构优化、运动仿真;利用Pro/E中直接测量到的相关参数,通过在关系对话框中输入计算公式,即可提取到主要力学参数。应用表明,利用骨架模型进行两柱掩护式液压支架自顶而下的设计,可以满足设计要求,代表了液压支架的设计方向。 According to the features of two framework models,with the issue of the geometric features and the copy geometric features,the static framework model was converted to a kinematics framework model.Thus the dimension of each parts applied to the hydraulic powered support could be set up and the structure optimization and kinematics simulation could be realized.With the related parameters directly measured with Pro/E applied,with the calculation formula inputted in the relationship dialog frame,the main mechanics parameters could be picked up.The application showed that with the application of the framework model,the design of the two leg shield hydraulic powered support could be conducted from the top to bottom,could meet the design requirements and would represent the design orientation of the hydraulic powered support.
