摘要
介绍了ISB3.9电控高压共轨柴油机的开发过程,包括开发思路、开发目标、总体布置、零部件设计开发、整机性能开发及整机可靠性开发等。结果表明:满足国-Ⅲ排放法规的B3.9二气门柴油机采用电控高压共轨燃油系统和匹配SCR后处理系统后,可以达到国-Ⅳ排放法规要求,比油耗可控制在200g/(kW·h)以下。发动机动力性、经济性及可靠性等满足开发目标。
Model ISB3.9electron-controlled common rail diesel engine development process was described, including developing guideline,design targets,engine layout,key part design,engine performance & reliability validation.Results show that the B3.9engine with 2valves,meeting China-Ⅲemission legislation(equivalent to Euro-Ⅲ),and equipped with high pressure common rail fuel system & SCR after treatment system,it can further meet China-Ⅳemission legislation(equivalent to Euro-Ⅳ),specific fuel consumption is less than 200g/kW·h,its power,torque,fuel consumption &reliability etc.meet the design targets.
