油菜联合收获机不同脱粒元件对脱离性能的影响试验 被引量:8

摘要 利用自行研制的纵轴流脱离试验台及切纵轴流联合收获机,对钉齿、钉齿-短纹杆组合、短纹杆、长纹杆4种不同脱粒元件进行了油菜脱离性能对比试验。试验结果表明,短纹杆脱粒元件对应的脱前损失率为4.58%,筛下脱出率为95.38%,其综合脱离性能较优,能有效地减轻清选负荷。 The longitudinal axial threshing and separating unit and the tangential-longitudinal axial combine harvester were used to conduct comparative experiment on spike tooth,combination of spike tooth and short rasp bar,short rasp bar and long rasp bar.The experimental results showed that the loss ratio before threshing and the threshing rate of short rasp bar were 4.58% and 95.38%,respectively.Comprehensive threshing and separating performance were better than other threshing units and could relieve cleaning load effectively.
