摘要
2011年3月22日,由卫生部《卫生部关于批准元宝枫籽油和牡丹籽油作为新资源食品公告》(2011年第9号)批牡丹籽油为新资源食品,牡丹籽油现在倍受人们的关注。本文就近年来在牡丹籽油提取与精炼、成分分析、生物活性以及其毒理性研究上的成果进行综述,并在防止牡丹籽油氧化的研究上做出了展望。
On March 22 ,2011 , by Ministry of Health ,“Ministry of Health announcement on approval of Acer truncatum seed oil and peony seed oil as a new resource food”(9,2011)approved the peony seed oil as the new resources food ,peony seed oil absorbed the great attention of people .This article summarizes the achievements on peony seed oil extraction and refining ,composition analysis ,biological activities and its poison rational research in recent years ,and makes an outlook on the study of preventing the oxidation of peony seed oil .
