摘要
永磁直线同步电机与传统的旋转电机有所不同,对其结构和有限元分析方法进行了介绍,运用ANSYS建立电机的有限元模型,计算电机内部电磁场,通过后处理得到磁力线分布、磁通密度、磁场强度等结果,获得了磁场分布特点和规律,为后续电机的优化设计和性能改善提供依据。
The permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is different from the traditional rotating motor . This essay introduces its structure and the finite element analysis , uses ANSYS to establish the finite element model of the motor , calculates the electromagnetic fields in the motor , obtains the magnetic flux distribution ,the magnetic flux density and the magnetic field strength through post -treatment ,obtains the characteristics and rules of the magnetic fields ’ distribution and provides the basis for the motor ’ s subsequent optimization of the design and improvement of the performance .
