摘要
近年来,职业经理人与企业之间的合作不顺现象屡有发生,其主要原因就是他们之间存在"信用危机",因此加强职业经理人的信用评价已迫在眉睫。目前我国还没有形成一个完善的职业经理人信用评价体系,本文在实证研究的基础上从个人信用、职业信用、职业能力和职业认证四个方面构建职业经理人信用评价指标体系,建立职业经理人信用评价模型。
In recent years,the cooperation between professional managers and enterprises is not running well owing to the crisis of credit .Therefore , it is urgent to enhance the professional managers’credit evaluation .At present ,there isn ’t a complete credit evaluation system for professional managers in China . On the basis of empirical research ,this paper is to build a professional managers’credit evaluation system from the perspectives of personal credit , professional credit , professional ability and professional certification,a model for professional managers’credit evaluation is built .
