就业能力与创新精神的融合——“水利工程施工”课程教学改革研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对目前《水利工程施工》教学中存在的问题,结合国外高校的成功经验,提出了基于就业能力和创新精神融合的课程教学环节整体优化方法。首先,将课堂教学、实习与毕业设计等整个教学环节整合优化;其次,在教学环节中引进丰富实效的手段和方法,使得学生在掌握设计原理的基础上能进一步提高实践能力;再次,教学与实际工程进展相接轨。结合三峡大学水利水电工程专业实施了相应的改革方案,实践表明采用该方法取得了良好的效果,更好地培养了学生的就业能力和创新精神。 The problem of the teaching for water conservancy construction is analyzed in this study.Then an integrated optimization teaching method which combined the job hunting and innovation is put forward with the reference of the overseas achievements.In the first,the teaching in the class,practice and graduation design are integrated.Then,the pragmatic means and methods are introduced in order to enhance the Practice ability of the undergraduates based on mastering design principle.Thus,teaching should be in line with the actual project progress.With the practice and reform of the department of hydraulic and hydropower engineering in China Three Gorges University,the new pattern has been proved to be effective and trained the students practice ability and innovation spirit better.
