摘要
当前,上海市面临着产业结构调整升级和促进劳动者充分就业的双重任务。本文采用相关系数矩阵、产业就业弹性、产业结构偏离度对上海市产业结构和就业结构的相互关系作实证分析,并在此基础上,就上海市在产业结构调整升级的同时,如何能促进劳动者就业,提出政策建议。
Shanghai is facing the dual-task of industry structure adjustment and full employment for laborers.This paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between industry structure and employment structure by means of structural deviation coefficient,correlation matrix and employment elasticity,and presents policy suggestions for both upgrading industry structure and promoting employment accordingly.
