计算机辅助英语学习对中国大学生态度的影响

Impact of CALL English Learning on Chinese College Students’Attitude

计算机辅助语言学习(CALL)对教与学都产生了革命性的影响,极大地影响了学生的动机和态度。本文调查了计算机辅助英语学习模式对中国大学生英语学习的影响,分析了学生的反馈及原因。研究表明,学生对计算机辅助语言学习的态度复杂多样。他们期望计算机辅助语言学习可以给他们更多有趣、有用的材料,并可以让他们互动学习。笔者认为,学生对计算机辅助语言学习的不适主要由以下原因导致:语音室管理者和老师缺少相关技术知识和经验;没有把基本的教学法融入到计算机辅助教学当中;对计算机辅助语言学习的研究和实验还欠深入。

The adoption of computer in language learning exerts revolutionary effects on pedagogy and learning method,and also significantly influences students’motivation and attitude.This volume examines the impacts of the integration of CALL(Computer-assisted Language Learning,hereafter CALL) technology in Chinese college English learning and analyses the reason for the students’responses.The survey of the research discovers that students have a mixed attitude to computer-assisted language learning.Their attitude to English learning is not significantly affected by the adoption of the new form.They appreciate the advantages of CALL,but they prefer conventional classroom teaching and learning.They believe computer-assisted learning is more learner-centered,can raise enthusiasm,and can improve efficiency.They expect the computer-assisted program can add more authentic,interesting materials,and they can learn English in a more integrated and interactive way.The authors believe the following reasons contribute to the complained problems of the CALL program: Administrators and teachers lack technology learning expertise and experience;essential pedagogies are not integrated and even distorted in the program and,the program is a product of insufficient research and experiment.
