手术治疗顽固性跟痛症(附66例疗效观察)

Curative Observation of Operation for 66 Cases Intractable Calcaneodynia

目的 观察顽固性跟痛症的手术治疗效果。方法 6 6例 74足跟痛症患者 ,依据其不同的临床表现 ,分别采用不同的手术方法治疗 (包括跖腱膜切断与跟骨刺摘除、跟骨钻孔减压、胫后神经跟骨内侧枝切断等手术方法 )。结果 随访 6个月～ 10年 ,平均 4年 3个月。按疗效评定标准 ,优 5 0例 ,5 4足 ,良 15例 19足 ,差 1例。优良率 98 6 4%。结论 依据不同的临床表现而采用不同的手术方法治疗顽固性跟痛症 。

Objective To observe the curative effect of operation for intractable calcaneodynia. Methods 66 cases (74 heels) of calcaneodynia were treated by different methods of operation, according to it's different symptoms, and these methods of operation included planatar aponeurotmy and calcaneus branch spur remove and drilling of os-calcis and neurotomy of calcaneusbranch of tibial nerve. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 120 months (average 51 months). According to criterion of therapeutical effect, 50 cases (54 heels) were excellent and 15 cases (19heels ) were good and 1 case was bad. The total effective rate was 98.64%. Conclusion The results indicated that selecting methods of operation according to it's different symptoms in treatment of intractable calcaneodnia could achieve satisfactory curative effect.
