摘要 目的观察两种不同配液环境对配液质量的影响。方法回顾性分析我院配制肠外营养液的情况。1990年1月~1995年1月配液为A组,在普通房间,垂直送风的100级洁净台内,使用手工配液法进行配制;1995年2月~2000年2月配液为B组,在1000级层流房间,水平送风的100级洁净台内,使用手工配液法进行配制。两组均按照配制规范(SOP)进行配制熏观察两组液体的污染情况。结果(1)不同环境配液室内空气细菌培养结果:A组空气培养260次,15%的细菌培养结果为阳性;B组空气培养260次,0.77%的细菌培养结果为阳性。穴2雪洁净台内空气培养结果:A组1.92%的空气细菌培养结果为阳性;B组细菌培养结果均为阴性。穴3雪营养液用0.22μ的终端滤器,电镜检验结果:A组阳性率为65%;B组阳性率为26.1%。穴4雪营养液用0.22μ的终端滤器滤膜培养结果:A组抽样滤膜培养80次,有13个滤器的滤膜霉菌培养阳性,占16.25%;B组抽样滤膜培养46次,均无细菌生长。结论在层流房间1000级的条件下,100级层流洁净台内进行混合配制较普通配液环境更加安全可靠。 Objective To investigate the impact of the two different preparing environments on the quality of the mixed parenteral nutrition fluids.Method The conditions for mixing parenteral nutrition fluids in our hospital was retrospectively analysed.Conditions for manually mixing from Jan.of1990to Jan.of1995were assigned to Group A,and those for manually mixing from Feb.1995to Feb.of2000were assigned to Group B,and those for manually mixing in a laminar flow room.The possible contamination of the mixed fluids was investigated.Results(1)Different room air bacterial cultivation results:in Group A,15%of the260cultures turned out to be positive,while in Group B,only0.77%of the260cultures turned out to be positive.(2)Bacterial cultivation of the air upon the super clean bench:1.92%in Group A were positive while all negative in Group B.(3)Electronic microscopic examination under sterile condition of the0.22μend line filter membranes passed through by3000ml mixed fluid for each:in Group A,65%were positive,in Group B26.1%were positive.(4)Bacterial cultivation of the0.22μend line filter membranes:in Group A,16.25%were positive,while none positive in Group B.Conclusions Mixing parenteral nutrition fluids on the super clean bench of grade100in the laminar flow room of grade1000under Standard Operating Procedure is safer and more reliable than in the ordinary room without laminar flow.
