摘要 危害人类健康的许多疾病的发病机制都与营养因素有关,尤其是与自由基引发的氧化作用有直接联系。目前脂质过氧化测定已成为临床诊断氧化损伤相关疾病的重要依据。本文从底物测定和产物测定两方面综述脂质过氧化检测方法,介绍自由基、过氧化物及低密度脂蛋白等多种检测方法,并阐明了各种方法的优缺点及应用领域,以便根据不同的目的和条件进行选择,获得准确可靠的结果。 Pathogenic mechanism of many diseases which impair human health are related to nutrition factors ,and also oxidation induced by free radicals.Now lipid peroxidation measurement has become an important way to diagnose diseases caused by oxidate injury.Lipid peroxidation measurement were reviewed from two aspects in this paper:substrate measurement and product measurement.It includes measurement of free radicals,peroxide,low density lipid protein and so on.And it also mentioned advantage,disadvan - tage and application field of these methods.So it can be chosen according to different objective,biolo - gical samples and qualifications to get accurate results and to be regarded as an effective way in clinical diagnosis and nutritional research.
