摘要
本文试图从文化内核的三个方面分析推动企业创新的实现。一是建立创新思维,这是实现创新的基本前提。建立创新思维不能忽视人体本身的内在潜力,要最大限度地调动人的主观能动性。二是重视企业文化环境建设,这是孕育"创新"的肥沃土壤。"硅谷"的成功经验在于营造"企业文化",值得借鉴。三是破除传统的建设企业文化的做法,创建学习型企业、创新组织文化建设,这是企业立于不败之地的保证。创建学习型企业集中体现在"明确一个理念,达到一个目标,注重四个结合"上。
This paper attempts to analyze from three aspects of cultural core the ways corporate innovation can be implemented. The first aspect is concerned with the establishment of innovative thinking, which is the prerequisite for the implementation of innovation. The establishment of innovative thinking should not ignore the potential of an individual. It should motivate to a maximum limit the pro-action of an individual. The second aspect is about the emphasis on the construction of corporate cultural environment, which would provide the fertile soil for the nourishment of 'innovation'. The success of 'Silicon Valley', for example, lies in the building of 'corporate culture'. The third aspect is related to the elimination of the traditional practice of building corporate culture. To build a learning-oriented enterprise and to innovate the construction of organizational culture are two ways that would guarantee the invincibility of an enterprise. The ways of building a learning-oriented enterprise can be succinctly expressed by 'being clear about a notion; striving for a goal; and emphasizing four combinations'.
