摘要 0引言声发射(AE)是指材料或结构受内力或外力作用产生变形或断裂,以弹性波的形式释放出应变能的一种物理现象。随着计算机技术和传感器技术的发展,声发射检测技术得到了越来越广泛的应用。与其他无损检测方法相比,声发射检测技术有其自身优点,尤其是对大型构件的整体性检测,更能表现出经济、快速和合理的特点。在实际的磨削生产过程中,需要实时监控砂轮(刀具)
