三维钛网及负压引流在颅骨缺损修复中的临床应用

摘要 目的:探讨三维钛网及负压引流术在颅骨缺损修复中的临床应用治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2006-03~2012-12在我院进行治疗的72例颅骨缺损病人的临床资料,将其随机分为A组(三维钛网修补及负压引流组)36例和B组(加网硅胶修补组)36例,后将两组病人的预后、并发症发生情况进行比较及统计。结果:A组病人的并发症发生率明显低于B组,有显著性差异。结论:三维钛网及负压引流在颅骨缺损修复中效果较好,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。 Objective: To discuss the effect of repair of the skull defects using three dimensional titanium alloy mesh and negative pressure suction. Methods: From March 2006 to June 2011,72 patients with skull defects were treated in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into group A( 36 patients repaired using three dimensional titanium alloy mesh and negative pressure suction) and B( 36patients repaired using silicon- polyester fiber network). The prognosis and complications were analyzed. A P value less than 0. 05 was considered statically significant. Results: The complication rate of group A was lower than that of group B. Conclusion: Three dimensional titanium alloy mesh and negative pressure suction is useful and reliable in the treatment of skull defects.
