摘要
为了帮助企业在新服务开发中有效地吸收客户知识,从而达到获取创新优势的目的,文章运用系统动力学的方法分析企业与客户间知识转移的因果关系和行为演化特征,通过构建新服务开发中知识转移的系统动力学模型,并对模型进行仿真分析,发现该模型对转移情境与知识吸收能力变量的灵敏度较高。在此基础上为企业制定新服务开发过程中的知识转移策略提供建议。
Helping companies absorb customer knowledge effectively in the NSD(New Service Development)to achieve their innovative edge,this paper focuses on providing a theoretical basis by using the method of system dynamics to analysis the causal relationships and behavior evolution characteristics of knowledge transfer between company and customer.Then the system dynamics model is established,and the results show that transfer situation and knowledge absorption capacity are sensitive,on which it provides some recommendations for companies to develop knowledge transfer strategy in the NSD process.
