摘要
基于企业成长理论和企业能力理论,结合内容分析法及问卷调查法构建丝绸企业成长能力评价模型,并以我国典型丝绸企业为研究样本,运用层次分析法评价企业成长能力。研究从生产能力、市场能力、财务能力、学习能力、创新能力和管理能力这六个维度出发,评价结果表明研发费用比重、企业家素质、员工和管理人员综合素质是提升企业各个能力的主要因素;创新能力是影响丝绸企业成长能力变动的核心能力。这对我国丝绸企业的成长具有一定的理论和实践意义。
Based on the enterprise growing and the enterprise ability theories,the silk enterprise growth ability evaluation model is established combined with the content analysis and questionnaires. Taking typical silk enterprises of China as samples,the paper analyses and evaluates the enterprise growth ability in effect by AHP. From six dimensions including the production ability,the market ability,the financial ability,the learning ability,the innovation ability and the management ability,the study draws a conclusion which shows that the proportion of R&D costs,the quality of entrepreneurs and the overall quality of staff and management are the main factors in enhancing the individual ability of enterprises. And it also illustrates that the innovation ability is the core one effecting enterprises' growth ability. This paper is of certain theoretical and practical significance to the growth of China's silk enterprises.
