A Preliminary Study on the Strategic Guide to College Students' Civic Participation in “Micro-blog Times”

微博以其特有传播优势日益发展成为大学生公民参与的重要路径。然而,参与中存在的"非理性"情绪、"名人效应"发酵、诚信危机等问题也十分突出,并引发了一些微博乱象。正视这些问题,应坚持教育与管理、他律与自律相结合的原则,政府、高校、学生主体各司其职,引导大学生实现有序、理性、高质量的微博公民参与。

The advantage of micro-blog's unique communicative way leads itself into a major approach for college students' civic participation. However,the problems of 'being irrational',the spread of 'celebrity charm'and the honest crisis exist among them,causing the chaos of micro-blog. It is suggested that the principles of education and management and the principles of heteronomy and self-discipline should be made integrated,the government,universities and college students should perform their own duties. Thus the college students will be guided to take an orderly,rational and high quality of micro-blog civic participation.
