吴敢先生的《20世纪〈金瓶梅〉研究史长编》,所用皆系第一手资料,可靠、准确,堪称一部《金瓶梅》研究档案。不惟如此,在推动"金学"研究、端正学风方面,吴敢先生也作出了令人瞩目的贡献。

Wu Gan's 'The History of Jin Ping Mei Study in the 20th Century' is reliable and accurate because all the materials are obtained at first hand, so it can be regarded as archives of Jin Ping Mei study. Besides, Mr Wu Gan has made remarkable contributions in the aspects of promoting Jin Ping Mei study and correcting academic atmosphere.
