摘要
快速推进的城镇化,使脆弱的风景名胜资源面临巨大压力。本文指出了城镇化对风景名胜区所造成的资源开发过度、生态环境恶化、历史风貌消失等诸多问题。文章分析探讨了城镇化进程大背景下风景名胜区的应对策略,提出了加强城市与风景名胜区统筹协调和规划衔接、强化规划引导与调控、增加政府财政投入等对策,强调了利用遥感等科技手段,加强行业监管的重要作用和意义。
The urbanization, which has rapid advanced, confronts the fragile scenic resources with tremendous pressure. This paper points out some matters that the excessive develop of resources, deterioration of the ecological environment, and history features disappearing in urbanization to landscape and famous scenery. Through discussing the coping strategy of scenic area in the process of urbanization, this article proposes countermeasures to enhance coordination and overall planning between cities and scenic areas, to strengthen the programming of guidance and regulate, and to increase government financial investment. Moreover, this article emphasizes the importance and significance of using scientific and technological means such as remote sense to enhance regulation of the industry.
