摘要
文章从城市规划建设、空间布局、细节设计及保障措施等四个方面分析了如何建设适宜老年人的城市公园绿地。从确定合理的服务半径、形成合适的绿地规模、配套必要的市政设施、构建安全便利的通行环境等城市规划建设方面;公园中老年人的活动场地建设要坚持动静结合、坚持层次多样化、保证足够的活动场地比例等空间布局方面;公园无障碍步行空间、坐息空间、水体空间、植物配置、照明和服务性设施建设等细节设计方面;从应对老龄化重要性的认识、完善相关的法律法规政策体系、规范公园绿地管理等保障措施等四个方面。探讨了建设适宜老年人的公园绿地的对策。
The article analyzed how to construct suitable for the aged people in urban park from the four aspects of city planning,space layout,the details of the design and security in the city planning,such as the service to determine a reasonable radius,appropriate scale of greenbelt,supporting the necessary municipal facilities construction,safe and convenient traffic environment.In the space layout,Greenbelt construction should adhere to the combination of static and dynamic,insist on multiple levels,to ensure enough activity space ratio.In details design,greenbelt facilities barrier-free pedestrian space,the rest space,water space,plant disposition,the facilities of the lighting and the service construction put forward to make a clear requirement.Moreover,this article concerned the safeguard measure,total society knowing the importance,perfecting the law system and strengthening the management to discuss the countermeasures for construction of urban park for aged people.
