摘要
本文从梅花种质资源调查、品种资源评价与创新,构建作图群体开展梅花观赏、非生物胁迫抗性相关性状基因定位研究,筛选与梅花耐寒性状相关基因等三个方面,综述了华中农业大学园艺林学学院园林植物生物技术与遗传改良课题组的研究工作。
From three aspects including field investigation of genetic germplasm of Mei Flower,evaluation and innovation of cultivar resources of Mei Flower,gene localization of ornamental and abiotic stresses related characters based on construction of mapping population,selection of cold tolerance related genes from Mei Flower,the works in Group of Biotechnology and Genetic Improvement of Landscape Plants,College of Horticulture and Forestry Science,Huazhong Agricultural University,Wuhan,was summarized.
