摘要
本文基于电子商务商业模式(EBM)的涵义,提出了一个EBM的多维分类框架,将电子商务商业 模式分为网上商店/服务、网络经纪商、价值链服务提供商、虚拟社区、广告商五大类共18种,对它们的功能 和特点进行了描述,并从创新与整合程度两方面对五类商业模式进行了比较。
The thesis proposes a multidimensional frame of e-business models classification based on the definition of EBM, and identifies 5 types of business models such as e-shop/service, e-brokerage, value-chain service provider, virtual communities and advertising which can be re-classified to 18 species. The main functions and characteristics of them are described and a comparison between these five types of EBM is given by considering the degree of innovation and integration.
