摘要
亲社会行为指人们在共同的社会生活中表现出来的积极的社会行为。作为道德行为的重要组成部分,它能维护人与人交往过程中的良好关系,对个体的社会化意义重大。听障学生是一群特殊的群体,因为身体的障碍造成交流不畅,他们社会化的进程较慢。本文将从培养方式和培养途径的角度进行探讨,以期获得理想的培养效果,为听障学生今后融入主流社会打下基础。同时也希望能给各位同仁提供借鉴。
Prosocial behavior refers to the positive social behavior exhibited in people′s common social life. As an important component of ethical behavior, it can maintain sound interpersonal relationship and is significant to individual′s socialization. Hearing-impaired students are a special group of people who have poor communication and slow socialization. From the perspective of training methods and ways, this paper deals with how to achieve optimal training effects, and enable them to integrate into the mainstream society.
