摘要
聋校语文课堂教学可持续发展的动力,来源于教师教学理念的更新和自身专业的不断成长。一个语文视野不够开阔的教师,很难打开语文课堂的思路;一个不研究新课程理念的教师,很难给出促进聋生生命发展的课堂。反之,只有教师本人不断地"充电",课堂才会拥有厚度和素养。要成长为一名优秀的聋校语文教师,一是不断地学习,积极提升能力、素质,把握新课改理念和教育规律;二是立足课堂,观察、研究课堂,在反复的实践创新中提升课堂,同时还应积极参与教育科研,以科研的成果和精神引领课堂。
The driving force of sustainable development of Chinese teaching in deaf schools stems from the teacher′s teaching idea renewal and their own professional growth. The teachers′ wide scope of knowledge and profound understanding of new curriculum can certainly contribute to his teaching and the students′ development. Only teachers constantly "charge", will the classroom teaching have thickness and quality. To be a good Chinese teacher in deaf schools, one, firstly, should improve his abilities and qualities, master new curriculum and rules of education through constant learning; secondly, he is supposed to observe, study and improve classroom teaching; meanwhile, he should do some research, for the findings of which can boost classroom teaching.
