摘要
普通教育、特殊教育的不断融合是教育发展的必然趋势,在教师队伍的建设中应提供促进教师适应这种变化的培训机会,全面提升教师素养。这需要教师明确普、特教育在培养目标、教学评价依据上的一致性,在认知上缩小二者之间的距离;也需要为教师提供有关的专业知识、贯通普、特学校教师间的实践通道,从而为两类教师的专业发展提供可靠的建设平台。
Integration of general education and special education is an inevitable trend of modern education,which calls for proper training in teacher professional development. That is,clarifications on the consistency of purpose,content and evaluation between general and special education are vital to clear up confusions for teachers. What’s more,sufficient knowledge on special education and opportunities to practice different education mode are also important for teachers development.
