柔性管理在聋人大学生军训工作中的应用

摘要 目前,聋人大学生这一群体的数量越来越多。如何开展聋人大学生军训工作是摆在高校特殊教育工作者面前的重要课题。本文尝试分析柔性管理在聋人大学生军训工作的应用。首先介绍了柔性管理在聋人大学生军训工作的内涵;然后,从聋人大学生的身心特征、高校学生管理工作的新趋势、新时代大学生军训工作的发展三个方面分析了聋人大学生军训中实施柔性管理的依据;最后,提出了树立正确的管理理念、优化军训考评体系、关注需求、增强信任和认同感、选配优秀教官、成立专门工作小组等聋人大学生军训工作中柔性管理的有效策略。 At present,with the increasing number of deaf college students,how to carry out the military training of this group is an important issue for college special educators. This paper attempts to analyze the application of flexible management in the military training of deaf college students. First,it introduces the flexible management connotation in military training of deaf college students. Then,it analyzes the basis for the implementation of flexible management of the military training of deaf college students,for example,the physical and psychological characteristics of deaf college students,the new trend of college student work,and the development of military training in the new era. Finally,it points out effective strategies for flexible management of military training of deaf college students,for example,establishing a correct management concept,optimizing military training evaluation system,concerning the needs,enhancing trust and identity,matching excellent instructors,and setting up a special working group.
