美国聋人高等教育的支持服务研究及借鉴

Research on Support Service of Higher Education in America and its Implications for China

摘要 美国聋人高等教育的支持服务研究在辅导、手语翻译、实时字幕以及笔记方面取得了较为丰硕的成果,具有较高的借鉴价值。我国的聋人高等教育支持服务研究和实践可着重于以下方面:在制度上保障聋人高等教育支持服务建立和发展;国家要支持相关课题的研究;鼓励学业优秀的健听生配合教师进行聋生辅导;培训教师边讲边用手语配合多媒体课件让聋生了解授课内容;把实时字幕与教师的教案结合转化成课堂笔记,使聋生能准确把握课堂讲授的主旨,同时可以重温课堂授课内容。 Research on support service of higher education in America as tutoring,sign language translation,real-time text and no- ting had good influence in practice,and thus set a good example for China. Generally,support service of higher education in Chi- na can be carried out from these way: Certain institutional guarantee for research is necessary; More hearing students should be in- volved in helping deaf students; Interactive multimedia should be part of teaching,besides,combination of both real-time text and lesson plan would enable deaf students understand the class and help them review what has been taught.
