发电厂脱硫烟气换热器改造及其经济性分析

摘要 烟气换热器(以下称GGH)是发电厂脱硫系统的重要设备,一旦堵塞,必然导致脱硫系统阻力增加,电耗增大,严重时还可能导致增压风机喘振现象,甚至可能威胁到锅炉的安全运行。在分析了脱硫烟气换热器结垢造成的影响,结垢原因和脱硫GGH换热元件堵塞的原因及危害后,以淮沪煤电有限公司田集发电厂2号GGH为例,说明为减缓GGH的堵塞,对换热元件进行了换型改造,降低了GGH运行阻力和增压风机的运行电流,提高了脱硫系统的安全可靠性,同时取得了显著的节能效果。 Gas-gas heater(below called GGH) is the important equipment of power plant desulfurization system,once jamming,causing the desulfurization system resistance increase inevitably,the electricity consumes increasing,when it is serious,it also possibly causes the turbo-charged air blower buzz phenomenon,even possibly threatens the safe of boiler operation.After analysis of the desulfurization gas-gas heater scaling influence,the scaling reason and desulfurization GGH heat transfer element jamming reason and the harm,as example of Huaihu coal power limited liability company Tianji power plant No.2 GGH,for slows down GGH the jamming,the heat transfer element carries on remodel transformation,reducing the GGH movement resistance and the turbo—charged air blower running current,enhancing the desulfurization system security reliability,simultaneously have obtained the remarkable energy saving effect.
