论优质教育资源的引进和中外合作办学的发展——以白城师范学院为例

On Introducing High-quality Education Resources and Developing Sino-foreign Cooperation in Education——Taking Baicheng Normal University as An Example

高等教育国际化在全世界已经形成一种不可阻挡的必然趋势,给各个高校带来了机遇和挑战。中外合作办学作为此背景下的产物,将其核心目标定位为引进优质教育资源。如何引进优质教育资源来促进中外合作办学发展,如何应对高等教育国际化带来的机遇与挑战是一个值得研究的课题。本文以白城师范学院为例,论证了要谋求生存与发展,就应把握机遇、迎接挑战,科学引进国外优质教育资源,促进中外合作办学健康发展,才能在高等教育国际化进程中稳步前进。

Internalization of higher education has become an irresistible tendency in the world,and it brought about opportunities and challenges for China's colleges and universities. Sino-foreign collaboration in education,as the outcome of this situation,took the introduction of high-quality education resources as its core objective. How to introduce the education resources for promoting Sino-foreign collaboration,how to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought by internationalization of higher education are a subject worthy of studying. This paper took Baicheng Normal University as an example,expounding that if a college wants to survive and develop well,it has to grasp the opportunity and meet the challenges,scientifically introduce foreign high quality educational resources,promote Sino-foreign collaboration,then it can steadily move forward in the process of internationalization of higher education.
