摘要
为了解老化对炸药件热安全性的影响,开展了PBX-6炸药件在温度65℃、时间180和365d的加速老化实验,建立了100mm炸药件火烧实验方法。对加速老化前后的PBX-6炸药件进行了带内外壳约束的火烧实验。用热电偶和温度测试系统记录测试位置的温度变化,使用高速相机拍摄火烧过程。根据实验结果分析炸药件在老化前后的热安全性变化。研究结果表明,在相同的热辐射和热传导作用下,加速老化炸药件比未老化炸药件更早地发生热分解反应。PBX-6炸药件老化时间越长,烤燃时间越短,烤燃温度越低,爆燃后对烤燃弹外壳和圆筒的破坏程度更大,其热稳定性降低,烤燃弹热安全性下降。
To understand the effect of accelerated aging on the thermal safety of explosive components,the accelerated aging tests of temperature 65 ℃,time 180and 365days were done,the fast cook-off test method of explosive components with100mm were established.For the unaging and accelerated aging explosive components,the fast cook-off test with inside and outside shells were done.The temperature changes at the measured positions were recorded by the thermocouple and temperature measure system,the fast cook-off process was recorded by a high-speed camera.The changes of the thermal safety for the explosive components of unaging and accelerated aging were analyzed by the test results.The results show that at the same action of thermal radiation and thermal conduction,the explosive components of accelerated aging undergo earlier thermal decomposition reaction than unaging explosive components.With the increasing of the aging time of PBX-6explosive components,the deflagration time shortens,the deflagration temperature decreases,the breach degree of deflagration on the crust of the fast cook-off bomb and the cylinder becomes bigger,the thermal stability lowers,and the thermal safety of the fast cook-off bomb decreases.
