摘要
玻璃包覆磁性合金微丝的介电性能与非磁导电微丝的不同。分别从理论上分析了平行和随机分布的玻璃包覆磁性合金微丝/电介质复合材料的介电常数公式,并模拟了典型的玻璃包覆磁性合金微丝/橡胶复合材料的介电常数,探讨了不同频率及磁畴分布的玻璃包覆磁性合金微丝/电介质复合材料的介电性能的变化规律。结果表明:玻璃包覆磁性合金微丝的介电性能在中高频及微波频率范围内通过阻抗受其磁性能的影响,可以通过控制磁性能对其高频介电性能进行调控。
The dielectric properties of glass-coated magnetic alloy microwires are different with those of the non-magnetic conductive wires.This study analyzed the theory permittivity formula of parallel distributed and random distributed glass-coated magnetic alloy microwires / dielectric composite respectively.According to the theory analysis result of dielectric properties,the permittivity of typical glass-coated magnetic alloy microwires / rubber composite was simulated.The change of the permittivity of glass-coated magnetic alloy microwires / dielectric composite in different frequency range and with magnetic domain distribution was discussed.The results show that the dielectric properties of glass-coated magnetic alloy microwires in high-frequency and microwave arrange are affected by the magnetic properties by impedance.The high-frequency and microwave dielectric properties of glass-coated magnetic alloy microwires can be controlled by the magnetic properties.
