摘要
研究了振动加速度对1J22合金磁性能和微观组织的影响以及表面镀TiN薄膜对1J22合金磁性能的影响。结果表明,合金磁性能随振动加速度的增大而减小;在以30 g的最大加速度振动后,合金微观组织无明显变化,磁性能仍然符合要求;镀TiN薄膜可明显增大合金表面硬度,由440 HV增至650 HV,但对磁性能影响较小。
The effect of vibration acceleration and TiN coating on the magnetic properties of 1J22 soft magnetic alloy was studied.The results showed that the magnetic properties of 1J22 alloy reduced with increasing acceleration,and microstructure did not change obviously after vibration with acceleration of 30g while the magnetic properties could meet national standard.After TiN coating,the surface microhardness could be improved from 440Hv to 650Hv;however,coating had little effect on magnetic properties.
