剧烈变形对Fe-50%Ni合金组织性能的影响

摘要 加工状态对软磁合金磁性能有很大影响。在常温和900℃对Fe-50%Ni(1J50)合金进行50%冷热剧烈变形处理,利用金相显微镜和软磁测量系统对不同处理方式软磁合金的组织结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,剧烈变形对Fe-50%Ni合金的组织结构产生重大影响;Fe-50%Ni合金经过50%冷、热剧烈变形后的磁滞回线圆润,磁损耗增加,磁性能有所下降。 It is well known that there is a close relationship between the strain state and properties of soft magnetic alloys.In this paper a severe 50% deformation was carried on Fe-50% Ni(1J50) alloys at room temperature and 900℃ respectively.By optical microscopy and magnetic measurement the microstructure and performance of the magnetic alloys were characterized.The results showed that the deformation had a great influence on the microstructure of 1J50 alloys.And the hysteresis loop of deformed alloy 50% was round,which meant the magnetic hysteresis loss increased and magnetic properties reduced sharply.
