1J22合金氢气热处理后的组织结构与磁性能研究(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 利用氢气气氛保护在1 150℃对热轧棒材1J22软磁合金进行了热处理,并运用MATS-2010SA软磁测试仪对处理前后试样的磁性能进行了检测,利用金相显微镜对试样组织结构进行了分析。结果表明,通过适当工艺的氢气热处理,1J22合金晶粒尺寸增大1倍,平均晶粒尺寸约200μm,合金最大磁导率及饱和磁感应强度大幅增大,而矫顽力显著降低。 1J22 alloys of hot rolled bar was heat treated in hydrogen atmosphere at 1 150℃,and the magnetic properties and microstruc-ture of alloy before and after heat treatment were studied in detail.The results showed that after H2 protection heat treatment theαphase content increased and the grain size increased to 200μm;saturation magnetic induction(Bs)and maximum permeability(μm)increased largely while coercivity reduced sharply.
