摘要
169合金在航空航天、石油和能源等领域得到了广泛的应用。为提高该合金的抗高温氧化性能,采用熔剂法对GH169热浸镀铝,通过SETSYS Evolution高温热重分析仪研究了GH169热浸镀铝件及GH169在1 000℃、24 h时的高温短期氧化行为,采用SEM、XRD对氧化后的表面分别进行了形貌观察及物相分析。研究结果表明:热浸镀铝及未浸镀铝GH169合金的氧化动力学曲线均符合抛物线规律,热浸镀铝件的抗氧化性优于未浸镀铝的。热浸镀氧化初期生成θ-Al2O3,经1 000℃、3 h氧化后,θ-Al2O3向α-Al2O3转变,伴随着氧化速率降低。
GH169 superalloy was extensively used in Aerospace,oil and energy etc. In order to improve high temperature oxidation resistance of GH169,the hot-dipping aluminum was formed on GH169 by flux method. Oxidation resistance tests of hot-dipping aluminum and GH169 were researched by high temperature thermal gravimetric analyzer at1 000 ℃ for24 h. Phase analysis was used by XRD,surface morphology was investigated by SEM. The results showed that the oxidation kinetic cures of the hot-dipping aluminum and GH169 accorded to parabolic law,and the oxidation resistance of the hot dipping aluminum obviously excelled Gh169. During the preliminary stage, θ-Al2 O3 was the main oxidation product. θ-Al2 O3 transformed into α-Al2 O3 after oxidation for3 hours at1 000 ℃,and oxidation rate simultaneous reduced.
