常温和紫外光照条件下氧化钨纳米材料对NO_2的气敏性能研究

摘要 描述了通电氧化法制备纳米WO3粉末,研究了在常温、紫外光激发条件下纯WO3气敏元件对NO2气体的气敏性能,获得了气敏元件在1.28W/cm2紫外光照下对50 mg/L的NO2的灵敏度S=15.4,响应时间τres=2.5s,恢复时间τrec=18. The formation of nanocrystalline WO3 powder by oxidation by electric current was described. Sensitivity of nanocrystalline WO3 to50ppm NO2 when irradiated by1.28W / cm2UV light were investigated,The sensitivities of the sensor to detect NO2 S =15.4 under1.28W / cm2UV irradiation and at room temperature,and the response time τres =2.5sand the recovery time τrec =18.1swere obtained.
