摘要
利用MMS2B型摩擦磨损试验机测试了稀土元素Gd对CuZnAl形状记忆合金的耐磨性的影响,并观察了试验合金磨损后的表面形貌。研究结果表明,稀土元素Gd的加入使CuZnAl合金的硬度升高,且使试验合金的摩擦磨损性能得到显著改善,当Gd含量为0.08%的CuZnAl合金的耐磨性能最好。CuZnAl(RE)合金的磨损机制为典型的磨粒磨损。
In the paper,the effect of rare earth element Gd addition on wear properties of CuZnAl shape memory alloys was measured by MMS-2B abrasion testing machine and the surface morphology was observed by Zeiss AXIO Lab.1 Optical Microscopy. The results show that Gd addition makes the hardness of CuZnAl alloy improve. Moreover the wear properties is also improved with Gd addition,and CuZnAl alloy has best wear resistant when Gd content is 0. 08wt. %. The wear mechanisms of of CuZnAlGd alloys is mainly abrasive wear.
