摘要
某型号大威力弹药内膛装填炸药改进后,其注药后护理条件改变对产品外表面漆膜质量产生影响。从注药护理环境、产品表面状态逐一排查、分析了弹体注药后出现点蚀的原因,经1万发产品批量生产考核,采取措施有效,保证了产品外表面防护质量要求。
After a type powerful anmunition loading explosive was improved,the products surface coating quality was effected by changes of nursing condtions after the injection medicine. From note medicine care environment,the product surface state after projectile injection drugs are given and analyzed the reasons for pitting,tested and approved by the10 000 products mass production,take measures effectively to ensure the quality of the products outer surface protection requirements.
