摘要
自润滑涂层钢板具有优良的自润滑性、耐腐蚀性、耐指纹性、加工成型性和涂装性等性能,能广泛应用于家电、汽车行业等。从环境保护、实用性、经济性和耐久性等分析,自润滑钢板符合钢铁行业的发展趋势。本文主要介绍自润滑涂层钢板的成分、结构、生产工艺及性能。
Self-lubricated coating steel plates are widely used in appliances and automotive industry since its excellent properties such as self-lubrication,corrosion resistance,fingerprint resistance,formability and paintability. From analyzing the environmental protection, practicality,economy and durability,we find it that self-lubricated coating steel plates can meet the development trend well in the steel industry. The composition,structure,production process and properties of self-lubricating coated steel plates are introduced.
