铝合金钻杆材料生产工艺及磨损研究进展 被引量:13

Research progress on material production process and wear of aluminum alloy drilling rods

摘要 综述了国内外主要的石油钻杆用铝合金的化学成分、物相组成及性能特点;介绍了铝合金钻杆的生产工艺,重点阐述了其独特的挤压成形、淬火、矫直及装配工艺,探讨了不同使用工况下铝合金钻杆的磨损机理。最后,指出铝合金钻杆研发是一个涉及材料、装备、工艺的系统工程,我国开发石油钻杆用铝合金材料应以Al-Zn-Mg系铝合金为基础,着力解决其热强性差、挤压成形后横向性能差等关键问题,并根据使用工况有针对性的设计其耐磨性能。 The chemical composition,phase composition and performance characteristics of aluminum alloy drilling rod were reviewed.The production process of aluminum alloy drill pipe,especially the unique extrusion process,quenching process,straightening process and assemble technology were illustrated.The wear mechanism of aluminum alloy drill pipe under different service conditions was discussed.Finally,it is pointed out that the research of aluminium alloy pipe is a system engineering involving materials,equipment and process.The development of the aluminum alloy material used for drill pipe in China is base on the Al-Zn-Mg series aluminium alloy,and main deal with the awful thermal stability,the bad transverse performance of the extruded pipe,and design vary wear resistance according to the service conditions.
