摘要
通过热模拟单向压缩实验法研究了不同形变温度与吐丝温度下35K冷墩钢控制轧制和控制冷却过程中的组织变化规律。结果表明,形变诱导铁素体的含量随着形变温度的降低而提高,35K控制轧制和控制冷却过程中的组织均匀化受吐丝温度的影响更大,随着吐丝温度的升高,组织均匀化,球化效果更加明显。
The microstructure evolution law of 35K cold heading steel during controlled rolling and controlled cooling process was studied by thermal simulation axial compression tests under different deformation and spinning temperature. The results dedicate that the content of deformation induced ferrite increases with the decreasing of the deformation temperature,and the spinning temperature is a key parameter to the microstructure homogenization of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process. The increasing of spinning temperature greatly impacts the microstructure homogenization and spheroidization.
