摘要
采用扫描电镜、热膨胀曲线测量和XRD测试等分析手段,研究了时效温度对马氏体型沉淀硬化不锈钢(FV520B)组织的影响。逆变奥氏体在600℃以上保温开始时即开始形成,无孕育期,冷却过程中有一部分会再次转变为马氏体;随时效温度的升高,冷却到室温后的逆变奥氏体含量先升高后降低,在大约630℃时达到峰值。
The effects of aging temperature on microstructure of martensite precipitation hardening stainless steel(FV520B) were studied by SEM,thermal dilatometry and XRD. The forming of reversed austenite starts at the beginning of temperature holding without incubation period,a part of the reversed austenite is transformed into martensite during the cooling after the aging treatment. With the aging temperature increasing,the volume fraction of reversed austenite cooling to room temperature increases firstly and then decreases,reaches the peak at about 630 ℃.
