摘要
以NiO和Fe2O3为原料,添加质量分数为1%的MnO2,在1 173和1 273 K温度下通过固相法合成了NiFe2O4,获得了合成NiFe2O4过程中试样电阻随时间的变化规律,建立了合成NiFe2O4反应的动力学,并用XRD表征了反应产物.添加1%的MnO2提高了合成NiFe2O4反应的速率.通过一级反应动力学方程,计算了合成NiFe2O4反应的速率系数和活化能.
NiFe2O4 was prepared by solid synthetic method from NiO and Fe2O3 with 1 % wt MnO2 as additive at1173 and 1273 K.Resistance variation of the samples with time during synthetic process of NiFe2O4 was obtained and was used to study the synthetic kinetics of NiFe2O4.Product NiFe2O4 was characterized by XRD.The synthetic rate of NiFe2O4 was increased by the addition of 1% wt MnO2.The synthetic rate and the activation energy of synthetic process of NiFe2O4 were calculated based on the first order kinetic equation.
