摘要 基于二三维地理信息系统,结合石油行业的作业区井、间、站等物联网传感器监测数据,综合利用聚类、分类等多种数据挖掘算法,实现关键物联网传感器的采集数据分析建模,并基于实时更新数据进行模型增量式训练,从而实现基于GIS的传感器故障诊断和预警分析。试验结果标明,系统不仅可以实现设备故障的预警,而且在操作层面和用户界面层面具有方便快捷和更佳用户体验的特点。 Based on 2D and 3D GIS, this paper, which is integrated with data acquired by sensors in the internet of things from wells , workshops and stations in the operation area and using other data mining algorithm such as clustering and classification , has realized an analysis and modeling of data acquired by the sensors in the internet of things ;and based on the real -time data, it performed an incremental test and realized breakdown diagnosis , early warning and analysis of sensors based upon GIS .The test results showed that the system can not only realize the early warning , but also convenient and more user -friendly in the operation level and user interface level.
