摘要
GIS技术为海域海岛地名标准化管理、无居民海岛的保护与管理都带来了新的变化。结合SuperMapGIS,本文研究了海域海岛GIS管理系统的功能架构、系统实现等,建立了基于GIS的海域海岛管理信息系统。该系统实现了海域海岛野外数据及图件资料的集成、空间信息与业务数据互查、统计分析、采集图片视频的传输展示、数据编辑入库等功能,具有数据表达直观多样、富客户端用户体验良好、可扩展性强等特点。系统为推进海域海岛名称标准化处理,依法实施海洋执法监察、组织编制海域海岛使用规划提供科学依据。
GIS technology has brought new changes to the standard management of Sea and Island,protection and management of Islands with no residents.Combined with SuperMap GIS technology,this paper explores the architecture and functions of the Sea and Island GIS management system,system implementation,and the establishment of a GIS-based management information system of Shanghai Sea and Island.The system has realized functions such as integration of field data and maps,queries of spatial information and business data,statistical analysis,transmission and display of videos and images captured,data editing and entry into databases.The system features a variety of representation styles,rich client user experience,good scalability,and so on.The system serves as a solid ground for promoting the standardization of Sea and Island names,legal enforcement and supervision of marine planning and exploration.
