一个真正优秀的大学生班集体的标准在于全面提高大学生综合素质,促进大学生健康成长、人人成才,使他们能够更好地适应社会和服务社会。本文以2011级特色班级武陵卫生院和梵净山医院为例,并结合多年的特色班级文化建设经验,就培育优秀人才,实现优秀大学班集体先进的班级管理理念和优秀的班级文化。

The standard of a really excellent college students' s class is that to improve college students comprehensive quality and promote them healthy growing and succeeding,so they can better adapt to society and serve the society. Now in characteristic class of grade 2011 'wuling institutes'and 'fanjing mountains hospital'as an example,in order to discuss how to cultivate talents and realize the advanced class management ideas and excellent class culture.
